Scratch Foundation 
Organizational Strategy, Governance Modeling, Coaching, Long-Term Business Planning
We supported the Scratch Foundation throughout their transition to becoming a standalone organization. In service of operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and productivity, we helped establish a governance model, short- and long-term priorities, standardized workflows, decision-making processes, and strengthened feedback mechanisms across the organization. We also coached senior leadership to ensure sustainable implementation.

Hone HQ
Growth Strategy, New Product Discovery, Development, and Launch, Evaluation
Materializing Hone’s objective to be an all-in-one professional growth platform, we scoped, evaluated, designed, and piloted a new product offering, launching cross-company, global, functional peer groups for leaders in Product, Engineering, Business Development, and more.

World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)
Program Development, Process Development, Coaching, Multi-year Operational Leadership 
Our team partners with other members of the Positive Working Environments Community Group to develop practices and programs to strengthen the culture of the several thousand person consortium. Our collective, ongoing initiatives include the development of a robust ombuds and mediation program, and onboarding programming for the W3C’s annual conference. This is a volunteer engagement.

OpenRefine
Research, Co-design, Multi-year Implementation Planning 
Promoting clarity, safety, inclusion, and collaboration within open source communities, we partnered with OpenRefine to define, draft, and implement a new community-informed Mission, Vision, and Values and bring them to life across their international base of users, contributors, and advisors.
